In 2022, we visited Universal High School in Sapele, Delta State, to spread menstrual health awareness and provide support to young individuals.

The outreach emphasized practical education, confidence, and normalization of period health conversations.

Students received support resources designed to reduce stigma and improve menstrual wellbeing.

The program focus was simple: equip young girls with knowledge and remove shame from health discussions.
